Description
Alendronate Sodium Tablets
Healthy Inc is a specialized global supplier and exporter of specific bone-resorption inhibitors (Bisphosphonates). We provide high-purity Alendronate Sodium Tablets, sourced from WHO–GMP certified solid dosage facilities. This “Bone Architect” agent is a top export to orthopedic clinics, women’s health centers, and geriatric care formularies in Africa, LATAM, and Southeast Asia, serving as the gold standard for preventing fractures in postmenopausal osteoporosis.
Product Overview
This formulation contains Alendronate Sodium, a nitrogen-containing bisphosphonate.
The “Skeleton Hardener” Specialist:
- Osteoclast Inhibition: Alendronate works by binding tightly to hydroxyapatite crystals in the bone. When bone-eating cells (osteoclasts) try to resorb this bone, they ingest the drug, which inhibits their activity and induces apoptosis (cell death). This shifts the balance in favor of bone-building cells (osteoblasts).
- Fracture Reduction: Clinical trials confirm it significantly reduces the risk of both vertebral (spine) and hip fractures.
- Weekly Convenience: The 70 mg formulation allows for Once-Weekly Dosing, which drastically improves patient compliance compared to older daily regimens.
- Steroid Protection: Highly effective in protecting bone density in patients undergoing long-term corticosteroid therapy (e.g., Prednisolone).
