Product Overview
Diclofenac Sodium is a potent Cyclooxygenase (COX) Inhibitor with strong analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and antipyretic properties.
It is the “First-Line Treatment” for:
- Musculoskeletal Disorders: Acute lameness, arthritis, myositis, and tendonitis.
- Pyrexia (Fever): Rapidly reduces high fever associated with infections (e.g., Mastitis, Metritis, Pneumonia).
- Post-Traumatic Pain: Pain relief following surgery, wounds, or injuries.
- Colic: Spasmodic colic and visceral pain in large animals.

Therapeutic Indications & Usage
Large Animals (Cattle, Buffalo, Camel, Horse):
- Lameness and joint pain.
- Supportive therapy in acute mastitis (to reduce inflammation and pain).

- Pain management after dehorning or castration.
Dosage & Administration
General Guidelines (As per Vet Prescription):
- Cattle/Buffalo: 1 mg per kg body weight (approx. 10ml to 15ml per animal) via Deep IM.
- Sheep/Goat: 1 mg per kg body weight (approx. 1ml to 3ml) via Deep IM.
- Frequency: Once daily for 3 days maximum.
Contraindications:
- Small Animals: Not recommended for use in Cats or Dogs (High risk of toxicity).
- Renal Impairment: Use with caution in dehydrated animals.
