Description

Gentamicin Injection (Human Use)

Healthy Inc is a specialized global supplier and exporter of potent aminoglycoside antibiotics. We provide high-purity Gentamicin Injection, sourced from WHO–GMP certified sterile facilities. This “Gram-Negative Warrior” is a top export to government hospitals, renal care units, and critical care departments in Africa, LATAM, and Southeast Asia, serving as the frontline defense against severe bacterial sepsis and resistant urinary tract infections.

Product Overview

This formulation contains Gentamicin Sulphate, a broad-spectrum aminoglycoside antibiotic derived from Micromonospora purpurea.

The “Gram-Negative” Specialist:

  • Bactericidal Action: Irreversibly binds to the bacterial 30S ribosomal subunit, blocking protein synthesis and causing rapid bacterial cell death.
  • Aerobic Powerhouse: Exceptionally effective against aerobic Gram-negative bacilli, including Pseudomonas aeruginosa, E. coli, Proteus, Klebsiella, and Serratia.
  • Synergy: Often combined with Beta-lactams (like Ampicillin or Ceftriaxone) to treat Endocarditis, creating a synergistic effect that penetrates bacterial walls more effectively.
  • Post-Antibiotic Effect (PAE): Continues to suppress bacterial growth even after blood levels have dropped below the Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC), allowing for once-daily dosing protocols.
