Description
Rabeprazole Sodium Injection (IV)
Healthy Inc is a specialized global supplier and exporter of high-stability gastrointestinal injectables. We provide Rabeprazole Sodium Injection (20 mg), manufactured in our WHO–GMP certified facilities. This fast-acting PPI is exported to hospitals and pharmacy networks in Africa, LATAM, CIS, and Southeast Asia for the acute management of severe acid-peptic disorders and erosive GERD.
Product Overview
Rabeprazole is a substituted benzimidazole Proton Pump Inhibitor (PPI). It suppresses gastric acid secretion by inhibiting the gastric H+/K+ ATPase enzyme.
Key Advantages:
- Rapid Onset: Rabeprazole has a higher pKa value than other PPIs, leading to faster activation in the parietal cells and quicker acid suppression.
- Acute Therapy: Ideal alternative when oral therapy is not feasible (e.g., patients with severe vomiting or difficulty swallowing).
- ZES Management: Effective control of hypersecretion in Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome.
